They have 40,000 young people as volunteers.

Marc Lewis - School of Communication Arts

Ad industry funded school.  We have lots of scholarships.  We help our learners start new businesses.  We are try to make make “Ideapreneurs” a wave of the future.

Philip Lawrence Awards - Jo and Mark

Awards have been running for almost 15 years.  Called the “Planet” - aimed at 11-20 year olds all across the UK.  Mark won in 2009; with a group called Crosscultures - about building bridges between cultures.  He’s in Folkestone where there are lots of difficulties in understanding between, for example people from the Romer community and others.  Closing date is Sept and you can enter online here.

AnnaLee May - Visual Artist

She is a visual artist and freelance, she paints and draws, she also works in mixed media.  She uses the term “Ideapreneur”
